Once an order is successfully placed on our website, our team starts processing it as soon as possible.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-demand periods may take slightly longer to process.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location, courier availability, product availability, and serviceability of the delivery PIN code.

Estimated delivery timeline:

• Rajasthan and nearby serviceable locations: usually 2–5 business days
• Other metro and major cities in India: usually 4–7 business days
• Remote, rural, or less-serviceable areas: usually 6–10 business days

These timelines are estimates only. Delivery may be delayed due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, local restrictions, strikes, address issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value, package weight, delivery location, and courier serviceability.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on prepaid and eligible orders above ₹3,000 across serviceable locations in India.

Weight-Based Shipping Charges

For orders below ₹3,000, shipping charges are applied according to package weight and delivery serviceability.

Our general weight-based shipping structure is:

• Up to 0.5 kg: ₹79
• 0.501 kg to 1 kg: ₹99
• 1.001 kg to 2 kg: ₹129
• 2.001 kg to 3 kg: ₹159
• 3.001 kg to 5 kg: ₹199
• 5.001 kg to 7 kg: ₹249
• 7.001 kg to 10 kg: ₹299
• Above 10 kg: ₹399 or as calculated at checkout

The final shipping charge shown at checkout will be considered final and payable by the customer.

COD Orders

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and selected orders, depending on courier serviceability and our internal order verification process.

For COD orders, customers are requested to keep the payable amount ready at the time of delivery.

In some cases, Sidhi Marwadi may contact the customer through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm the order before dispatch.

Shipping Serviceability

We ship products across India to serviceable PIN codes only.

If a courier partner does not provide delivery service to a particular PIN code, the order may not be accepted, or our team may contact the customer for an alternative delivery option.

Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with the customer through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or order update notification, depending on the available contact information.

Customers can use the tracking details to check the delivery status of their order.

Address and Contact Details

Customers are requested to provide complete and correct shipping details at the time of placing the order, including:

• Complete address
• City, state, and PIN code
• Active mobile number
• Email address, if available

Sidhi Marwadi will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address, incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If the customer receives a damaged product, missing item, leaked package, or wrong product, they should contact Sidhi Marwadi customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, customers should share:

• Order number
• Product photos
• Package photos
• Unboxing video, wherever available
• Brief description of the issue

After verification, our team may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or suitable resolution as per the case and our return/refund policy.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make delivery attempts as per their standard process. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses the order, the package may be returned to Sidhi Marwadi.

In such cases, re-shipping may be chargeable.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Sidhi Marwadi is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier issues, natural calamities, weather conditions, festivals, strikes, lockdowns, local restrictions, incorrect customer details, or any other situation beyond our control.

However, our team will always try to support customers and coordinate with courier partners wherever possible.
