What is the delivery charge?

FREE delivery on prepaid orders over ₹1,499 · ₹40 extra on COD. Below that, prepaid orders are charged by weight, shown clearly at checkout — no surprises.

Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

Yes — COD is available across India. COD carries an extra charge of ₹40, shown upfront at checkout.

How many days does delivery take?

Usually 2–7 days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. With your order number (SMW-…) you can check the status any time on the Track Order page.

What is the return/refund policy?

Because these are food items, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. But if there is a genuine problem with the product — damaged, wrong item, leaked, short quantity, expired or tampered — report it within 14 days of delivery with a photo/video; once verified you get a refund, replacement or store credit, entirely at our cost.

How do I track my order?

Enter your order number (SMW-…) and 10-digit phone number on the Track Order page — the live status shows right there. Logged in, you also get your full order history in My Kitchen.

Which payment methods are accepted?

UPI, card, netbanking (via Razorpay) and COD. Online payment is fully secure; for COD you get an SMS/WhatsApp the moment the order is confirmed.
