Ker Sangri Kaise Banate Hain?
Ker Sangri Rajasthan ki paramparik sabzi hai. Iska swaad tabhi achha aata hai jab dry ker aur sangri ko sahi tarah bhigoya, saaf kiya aur dheemi aanch par masalon ke saath pakaya jaye.

Ingredients

- Rai, jeera, hing, lal mirch, dhaniya powder aur haldi
- Tel, namak aur amchur ya dahi as per taste
Step 1: Bhigona aur Saaf Karna
Ker aur sangri ko achhi tarah dhokar raat bhar ya 8-10 ghante paani me bhigo dein. Phir paani nikal kar 2-3 baar saaf paani se dho lein. Zyada namkeen ya kadwapan lag raha ho to ek baar halka ubal kar paani nikal sakte hain.

Step 2: Masala Tadka
Kadhai me tel garam karein. Rai, jeera aur hing ka tadka lagayein. Ab haldi, lal mirch aur dhaniya powder daal kar halka sa bhunein.
Step 3: Ker Sangri Pakana
Bhigi hui ker sangri daal kar masale ke saath milayein. Dheemi aanch par pakayein. Zarurat ke hisab se thoda paani daal sakte hain. Aakhir me amchur ya dahi se khatta-pan balance karein.
