- Kachchi ghani sarson tel – 3 tbsp
- Jeera – 1 tsp, Rai – 1/2 tsp, Hing – chutki bhar
- Haldi powder – 1/2 tsp, Lal mirch powder – 1 tsp, Dhaniya powder – 1 tsp
- Amchur ya thodi kachri ka khatta – swadanusar, Namak – swadanusar
- Hari mirch – 2 (cut)
Banane Ki Vidhi (Steps)
- Bhigoyein: sukhi kachri ko 2-3 ghante paani me bhigo dein, phir dho lein.
- Tadka: sarson tel garam karein → rai, jeera, hing → hari mirch.
- Masala: haldi, lal mirch, dhaniya powder daalein (aanch dheemi rakhein taaki jale nahi).
- Kachri daalein: bhigoyi kachri + namak daalकर 8-10 min dheemi aanch par pakayein.
- Amchur/khatta: ant me amchur daalein, mix karein. Taiyar!
