Banane Ki Vidhi (Steps)
- Aam taiyaar karein: kacche aam ko dhokar poori tarah sukha lein (namee bilkul na rahe — warna achar kharab hota hai), phir cut karein.
- Masala mix: aam ke tukdon me Achar Masala + namak achhi tarah milayein.
- Tel garam karke thanda karein: sarson tel ko halka garam karke bilkul thanda kar lein, phir aam-masala me daalein taaki sab doob jaaye.
- Jaar me bharein: saaf, sukhe kaanch ke jaar me bharein — upar tel ki parat rahe.
- Dhoop dikhायें: 5-7 din dhoop me rakhein (roz halka hilayein). Achar taiyaar!
