At Sidhi Marwadi, we believe that real food needs no shortcuts. Every product we make — from our cold-pressed oils to our stone-ground masalas, traditional pickles, and authentic Rajasthani dry vegetables — is crafted using the same methods our grandmothers trusted. No machines that generate heat. No artificial colours. No preservatives. Just pure ingredients, honest processing, and the flavour of a real Marwadi kitchen.
🌾 Sourcing — सही चुनाव, सही किसान
We source directly from trusted farmers and mandis across Rajasthan and India. Our raw ingredients — whether it is Ker, Sangri, Gunda from the Thar desert, mustard seeds for cold-pressing, or whole red chillies for grinding — are selected by hand for quality, freshness, and authenticity. No middlemen. No compromises.
🧹 Cleaning & Sorting — साफ़ सफ़ाई, कोई मिलावट नहीं
Every batch is cleaned, sorted, and inspected before processing. Dust, stones, and damaged pieces are removed manually. We do not rush this step — because purity starts before the grinding even begins. Our whole spices (Jeera, Rai, Saunf, Methi Dana, Kasuri Methi) and dry vegetables (Panchkuta, Kumathiya, Kachari, Gwarfali) go through rigorous cleaning to ensure what reaches your kitchen is 100% clean.
🪨 Stone Grinding — पत्थर की चक्की का जादू
Our masalas are ground on traditional stone chakki (patthar ki chakki) — not in high-speed machines that generate heat and destroy natural oils and aroma. Stone grinding is slow, cool, and preserves the essential oils in spices. This is why our Haldi, Dhaniya, and Lal Mirch powders smell and taste like freshly ground spices from your own kitchen — because they essentially are.
🫙 Cold Pressing — ठंडी घानी, शुद्ध तेल
Our oils — Sarson (Mustard), Til (Sesame), Moongfali (Groundnut) — are extracted using the traditional cold-press (kachi ghani) method. No heat. No chemicals. No refining. The seeds are pressed slowly at low temperature to retain their natural nutrients, colour, and flavour. What you get is pure, unrefined oil — exactly as nature intended and as your dadi-nani used in their kitchen.
🥫 Traditional Pickle Making — पुराने नुस्खे, असली स्वाद
Our Rajasthani pickles (achar) — including Turmeric Pickle, Gunda Achar, and seasonal varieties — are made using traditional recipes passed down through generations. We use our own cold-pressed mustard oil, hand-ground spices, and sun-drying methods. No vinegar. No artificial preservatives. Just the natural preservation power of oil, salt, and spices — the way it has always been done.
