Applicable to: All Rajasthani Dry Vegetables (e.g., Ker, Sangri, Panchkuta, Kachari, Gunda, Gwarfali, Kumatiya and similar items).
7 Days Replacement (Dry Vegetables)
Replacement requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery (as per our Terms & Conditions).
For issues visible at delivery (damage/tamper/moisture), we recommend reporting within 48 hours for faster help.
Replacement is eligible only for
- Wrong item/variant/weight delivered (different from your order).
- Missing item in the parcel (verification required).
- Pack/pouch damaged (torn, punctured) or seal broken/tampered at delivery.
- Moisture / wet product received due to transit damage (dry product should be dry).
- Expired product received (proof required).
- Verified quality issue noticed immediately at opening (example: visible infestation/mold/abnormal smell) – proof required. Please do not consume the product and contact support.
Important (Food & Hygiene)
- Dry vegetables are food/consumable items. For hygiene & safety, returns are not accepted after the product is opened/used, except cases that are verified as wrong/missing/damaged/tampered/expired/quality issue attributable to us.
- Natural variation is normal: size, colour and texture may vary slightly by season/batch. Some broken pieces or powder at the bottom due to drying/transit is not considered a defect.
- Dry vegetables should be stored away from moisture. If the product becomes wet due to storage/handling after delivery, replacement may not be possible.
Proof Required (Unboxing Video / Photos)
For missing/wrong/damage/tampering/moisture/quality claims, we may request a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel, along with photos.
- Start recording before opening the parcel.
- Show outer box/pouch + shipping label clearly.
- Show the sealed product, then open and show the issue (if any).
Do Not Accept Damaged/Tampered Parcels
Please inspect the parcel before accepting delivery. If the package looks torn/damaged/tampered, do not accept it.
If a visibly damaged/tampered parcel is accepted, claims for missing items/physical damage/incorrect items may be rejected as per Terms.
How Replacement / Refund Works
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability).
- If replacement is not available, we may issue a refund to your Sidhi Marwadi Wallet (usable for your next order), as per Terms.
