These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SidhiMarwadi.com and the Sidhi Marwadi mobile application (together, the “Platform”), and any purchase made through the Platform. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Definitions
- “Company/We/Us/Our” refers to Sidhi Marwadi Pvt. Ltd.
- “You/User” refers to any person who accesses the Platform or places an order.
- “Products” refers to items listed for sale on the Platform (oils, spices, dry vegetables, pickles, and other traditional products).
- “Delivery Partner/Logistics Partner” refers to third-party shipping providers used for delivery (e.g., Delhivery).
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and buyers.
User Accounts, OTP & Security
- To place an order, you may need to create an account using your mobile number/email as required.
- You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current.
- OTP (One Time Password) is confidential. Do not share your OTP with anyone. You are responsible for actions taken using your account/OTP.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
Orders, Pricing & Payments
- Product information: We try to display correct product details, images, weights, and pricing. Minor variations may occur due to packaging updates or batch differences.
- Pricing errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical/typographical error, we may cancel/refuse the order and refund as applicable.
- Payment: Payments can be made using the methods available at checkout. We may use third-party payment gateways for secure processing.
- Order confirmation: An order is considered confirmed when you receive an order confirmation via the Platform/SMS/email.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
1) Delivery Partner
We use Delhivery and/or other third-party logistics partners for shipping and delivery. In some cases, we may ship on our own without engaging a third-party partner.
2) Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, destination, and other factors, and are shown at checkout.
- Free shipping: Orders above ₹2000 may be eligible for free shipping (as shown at checkout). This threshold may change from time to time.
3) Delivery Timelines & Serviceable Areas
- Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 days after order placement (may vary by pin code and location).
- Some areas may be unserviceable. If your pin code is not serviceable, the Platform may not allow checkout or we may cancel the order if serviceability changes.
4) Delivery Attempts, OTP & Tracking
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the Delivery Partner may attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- If delivery fails after the second attempt due to your unavailability, we may cancel the order and process a return-to-origin. In such cases, we may deduct shipping/delivery charges while processing refunds (if applicable).
- After dispatch, you may receive a tracking ID. You can track on the Delivery Partner’s tracking page (example: Delhivery tracking).
- Delivery may require OTP verification at the time of handover.
5) Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control, including logistics issues, weather conditions, strikes, political disruptions, or events like floods/earthquakes. We are not liable to compensate for delays caused by such factors.
6) Damaged/Tampered Packages
- Please inspect the package before accepting delivery.
- Do not accept a visibly damaged, torn, or tampered package or a package with a broken/tampered seal.
- If you accept a tampered/damaged package, your claim for missing items/physical damage/incorrect items may be rejected.
Returns, Replacement & Refunds
1) Return/Replace Eligibility (7 Days)
- Return/replace requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible, the product should be unused and in the same condition as received (with original packaging where applicable).
- Food items & consumables: For hygiene and safety reasons, returns may be limited. We generally support replacement/refund only for cases like wrong item, missing item, transit damage, or verified quality issue.
2) Unboxing / Proof Video Requirement
For claims such as missing product, damaged product, wrong product, or tampered package, you may be required to share a clear video recorded at the time of receiving/opening the parcel (unboxing video).
Video must include: outer box, shipping label, order ID and the items inside the parcel.
Please email the video to contact@sidhimarwadi.com with your name, mobile number, order ID, and issue details.
3) How to Raise a Return/Replacement Request
- Email us at contact@sidhimarwadi.com (or use the Support/Feedback page) to request a Return Authorization (RA).
- After verification, we will inform you about approval and next steps.
- Returns may be collected through reverse logistics (where available). In certain cases, you may be requested to ship the product back as per instructions shared by our support team.
4) Replacement
We primarily provide replacement if the wrong product was delivered or if there is a mismatch attributable to us (after verification). Replacement approvals are at our sole discretion after reviewing the evidence provided.
5) Refunds (Wallet Credit)
- Once your return/refund is approved (after inspection/verification), refunds are generally issued to the Wallet in your Sidhi Marwadi user account.
- Shipping charges: If shipping fees were charged, they are generally non-refundable. However, we may refund shipping fees in cases where the product delivered is defective/damaged/incorrect due to reasons attributable to us, after verification.

Cancellation Policy
- You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support as early as possible.
- Once the order is dispatched/handed over to the logistics partner, cancellation may not be possible.
- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability and the shipment returns to origin, shipping/delivery costs may be deducted while processing refunds (if applicable).
Warranty (If Applicable)
Certain products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details, if applicable, will be mentioned on the relevant product page. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions for warranty claims.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (including logos, text, product images, graphics, and design) is owned by or licensed to Sidhi Marwadi Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without written permission.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Violating any applicable law or regulation
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or user accounts
- Uploading malicious code or attempting to disrupt services
- Using the Platform for fraudulent activities
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.
- You agree to indemnify and hold Sidhi Marwadi harmless from claims arising due to your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable legal provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
