7 Days Replacement Option (Spices)

We support replacement requests if raised within 7 days of delivery (as per our Terms). For faster resolution, we recommend reporting within 48 hours if the issue is visible at delivery.

Replacement is eligible only if

Wrong item/variant was delivered (different from what you ordered).
Missing item in the parcel (verification required).
Package/pouch is damaged, leaked, or seal is broken/tampered at the time of delivery.
Expired product received or clear manufacturing defect (proof required).
