Pickle Products Policies
Pickles (Achar) Product Policy (Category)
Applicable to: All Pickles/Achar products (e.g., Lemon Pickle, Mango Pickle, Chilli Pickle and similar items).
7 Days Replacement (Pickles)
Replacement requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery (as per our Terms & Conditions).
For issues visible at delivery (leakage, damage, tampering), we recommend reporting within 48 hours for faster resolution.
Replacement is eligible only for
- Wrong item / wrong variant / wrong pack size delivered (different from what you ordered).
- Missing item in the parcel (verification required).
- Leakage / spillage in transit (jar/pouch damaged, lid/cap issue, product leaking).
- Seal broken / tampered packaging at the time of delivery.
- Expired product received (proof required).
- Verified quality issue at opening (example: unusual smell, visible fungus/mold, contamination) – proof required. Please do not consume and contact support.
Important (Food & Hygiene)
- Pickles are food/consumable items. For hygiene & safety, returns are not accepted after the product is opened/used, except cases verified as wrong/missing/damaged/leaked/tampered/expired/quality issue attributable to us.
- Taste preference / change of mind returns are not accepted for eatable items.
- Natural variation is normal: colour may slightly change over time; spices may settle; oil separation may occur. This is not considered a defect.
Proof Required (Unboxing Video / Photos)
For missing/wrong/leakage/damage/tampering/quality claims, you may be required to share a clear unboxing video and photos for verification.
- Start recording before opening the parcel.
- Show outer box + shipping label clearly.
- Show the sealed jar/pouch, then open and show the issue (if any).
Do Not Accept Damaged/Tampered Parcels
Please inspect the parcel before accepting delivery. If the package looks torn/damaged/tampered, do not accept it.
If a visibly damaged/tampered parcel is accepted, claims for missing items/physical damage/incorrect items may be rejected as per Terms.
How Replacement / Refund Works
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability).
- If replacement is not available, we may issue a refund to your Sidhi Marwadi Wallet (usable for your next order), as per Terms.
- If shipping fees were charged, they are generally non-refundable, except in cases attributable to us after verification (as per Terms).
Storage & Usage Tips (for best quality)
- Keep the lid tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Always use a clean, dry spoon to avoid moisture contamination.
Cancellation Policy
- You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support.
- Once the order is dispatched / handed over to the logistics partner, cancellation may not be possible.
